This is a unique space we have made for our old and new friends. This is a basement riverfront suite, below our home. There is Not a full kitchen. Great for those looking to spend some time in nature. We love our space and enjoy sharing it with others. Your suite has its own entrance and is totally private from the rest of the house where we live. You will enjoy beautiful hikes, fishing , gem mining, floating the river or just relaxing in your private hot tub or outdoor swinging day bed.

Enjoy a scenic drive in the mountains where this completely renovated home awaits. The first thing you notice when you arrive is the tranquil sound of Reems Creek and the waterfall. We offer a fully stocked kitchen, grill and firepit. The rear porch is a great place to enjoy breakfast, play a board game or just relax with a private soaking tub. Wifi can be a bit spotty in the mountains, but fortunately we upgraded to Starlink Satellite to give you a better streaming experience.

Pet-Friendly Log Cabin on Reems Creek

Play horseshoes, sit by the fire pit or take a peaceful stroll along the creek and by the pond. Pet Friendly, 4-legged friends will also like the big fenced-in yard. Our cabin is on 6 acres of property that includes our home and 2 historic miner cabins that are also for rent. It is the perfect setting for a family/friends retreat. Access to our catch and release fishing pond and quarter mile walking trail. The cabin sits about 50 yards from our home and is private.

Rustic 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin (560 sq. ft.) beside a working farm. This cabin is surrounded by mountain views. Enjoy the wood burning stove, amble sunlight as well as lush outdoor space with a porch swing, grill and fire pit. This is a perfect place to relax by the water or by the fire. Steps to the Big Ivy Community Center with a playground, seasonal pool, volleyball, basketball, baseball, walking trail. Good chance of seeing deer and turkey behind the cabin.

River Relaxation

Our cabin is in the woods just up the hill from the river. The river is great for wading and fishing. There is also picnic areas at the river with chairs, tables, fire pits, horse shoes and plenty of trees to hang a hammock. This property has a main house. The parking area and the cabin are on the lower level of the house. There is a sidewalk that goes past the house to the cabin. The cabin has it's own private area with a side yard and a firepit.
