The cottage is nestled in the lovely village of Wyke Regis, tucked away just off the quiet Old High street and close to both Weymouth and Portland. Perfect for small families/couples + dogs. Portland harbour is a mere 2 miles away as is the World famous Chesil Beach which forms part of the Jurassic coast. South West Coast Path is minutes walk away, perfect for a stop over.

Explore the charming market town and its local shops, both independent and high end retail, and restaurants a stroll away, or take a short drive to the coast for a day at the beach. The New Forest offers endless opportunities for adventure, relaxation, and exploration.

Property is seaside/beach theme, refurbishing and updating when no guests are booked, new king size bed, new sitting room and bedroom carpets. Stair basket for shoes at entrance. (semi detached so please respect neighbours) Warm welcome to families with children, get away for couples or retreat for someone on business, travel or work. Breakfast not provided but there are local shops and supermarkets close by and kitchen provided. Parking and own entrance. Please read house manual.

Our delightful cottage provides the best of old world charm and modern convenience. It is a pretty 17th Century thatched cottage in a small village, furnished to a high standard with a lovely mature garden. We have a well equipped kitchen and cater for young children with 2 high chairs, travel cots & toys. Located in the New Forest National Park and not far to the coast, Paultons Park & other attractions. My place is good for couples, families with children and small groups.

Beautiful three bedroom semi-detached traditional Railway Cottage. Situated at the end of a pretty no through lane. Quaint patio area for alfresco dining and a lawn area. Secure for children and dogs. Numerous footpaths direct from the door. Many places of interest reached by car or train including Paultons Theme Park. The cottage backs onto paddocks where the owners shetland ponies, pet sheep and chickens live and our younger guests are welcome to come and meet them.

Idyllic cottage in the New Forest

A warm welcome to our riverside cottage, a two bedroom quiet retreat located in the New Forest national park with lovely walks and cycle paths to see the ponies and other wildlife. It’s only a 20 min drive to the medieval city of Salisbury and 30-40 min drive to the sandy beaches of the South Coast. We have a friendly local village shop and pub within walking distance, and a fabulous ‘water-hole’ for swimming a few mins walk down the lane.

It is spacious and generously equipped with Wi-Fi, central heating and a private courtyard with parking for one car. The cottage has four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds. My place is good for family holidays with kids, group get-togethers, business travellers, romantic couple holidays and is dog friendly.
