The parking is not private it is public and free, witch is located 50m from the building. The condo is near bus station, and it is 10 minutes walk from the coast, 15-20 minutes walk to the Old town. Condo is fully equipted, smart tv 65inch, Marantz audio system ect. There are a lot of markets near by.
