Local leisure centres for Bowling, skating, cinema, restaurants. We live in the house separate from the guest suite & can answer questions offer advice in English & French

A cosy modern ground floor 1 bed (sofa bed) within our lively family home, with all the basics including own en suite shower room /wc and TV. It is the perfect place for a short stay. There is a small counter to make drinks and small meals including mini fridge freezer and microwave oven. Alternatively if you are preparing a big meal you can use the family kitchen just text me in advance so i can unlock the door and remove our to friendly /energetic dogs. Guest are welcome to use the gas BBQ

Garden View Annex Free parking Riverside walks

Ideal for exploring historic Runnymede with its monuments and outdoor art works, and for walks along the Thames Path. Close to Windsor Great Park, Windsor Castle and Legoland. Nearest entrances into Windsor Great Park are Bears Rail for the Long Walk (walkers only because it enters the deer enclosure) & Bishopsgate for The Savill Garden. Old Windsor has plenty of places to eat (see guidebook) all within walking distance, or visit Windsor town centre for shops, the castle and Legoland.

We are convenient for The Harry Potter studios (20 min drive) The property is self contained and totally separate from the owner's house so you can come and go as you please.

With views to the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside, our peaceful self-contained studio apartment is located in the Chiltern Hills in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty right next to the Ridgeway Trail. Light and airy, the space has been renovated to Scandinavian-style with luxury touches. The area offers lovely walks, great restaurants and cosy country pubs (nearest 5 min walk). If you come by train from London, we are walking distance from the station (as well as supermarkets).

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Do enquire. NB: There may be some disturbance from building work in the adjoining annex, but this is very intermittent and much of the time there is no noise at all. You may, though, be unlucky!

Train links to Henley, Reading & London. 5 mins to River Thames
