This is our family home with two baby boys. We try our best to keep quiet, but it is important to note their presence; rental has a sound machine.

Wellfleet Cottage By The Sea

Small, rustic cottage on the beach for one or two couples. Back door opens onto a long driveway to a sand road, front door opens onto a stairs to the beach. It's like a movie or book come to life. If you love The Notebook or The Outermost House you'll likely fall in love with the place. Renters return season after season, so usually we don't have to advertise it, but COVID upset this rhythm along with everything else.

Located on 12 acres in the National Seashore, this is the Owner's apartment at the Dune Crest Resort. 2 Ensuite bedrooms, open floor plan kitchen, dining, living room for gathering. Use of hotel amenities: Continental Breakfast, tennis court, swimming pool, hiking trails. Provincetown only a few miles away for dining, shopping, entertainment.

Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.
