This recently renovated complex (2018) is half a block from the nicest beaches of Carpinteria and directly across from the Salt Marsh Reserve. Quiet location, 200 yards from the sand, and walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Dozens of smaller restaurants and cute beachy shops. The beach from our street (Ash Avenue) Northward, dogs are allowed with leashes.
