Avalon Ridge is a truly unique and private beach house in a wonderfully quiet and sleepy family neighbourhood perched amongst the trees with views from every room across to Whale Beach, Pittwater and Avalon. This luxurious interior designed home has considered every detail and offers a bright, modern, stylish and spacious beach house with multiple living areas and balconies all taking in the ocean breeze and views. The home is just a short 4 minute drive to the buzzing Avalon town and beach.

The Ranch on Lush Green Acres

The family will love this great space with lots of room to enjoy each other’s company. You can kick back and relax . Close to shops, Erina Fair 10 mins , Avoca 10 mins and Terrigal 15mins . The waterfront is a close walk. Kantara Chapel is just around the corner, close venue for bridal group/family. Bring the boat to fish the Brisbane waters or take in many board walks and national parks in the area. We are onsite sometimes during the year in granny flat dependent on season and our travels.

A gorgeous Hamptons beach house situated in a quiet, peaceful street, with a relaxed beachy vibe., Chill on the huge, elevated deck with BBQ and covered alfresco dining. Three minutes drive to Terrigal Beach which has great restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, bars and live music. A fifteen minute walk along the lakeside to North Avoca beach and from there you can stroll south along the beach to Avoca where there are restaurants, cafes, an old school cinema and great hiking tracks

New stylish home for families or friends to come and relax and unwind. Consisting of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. Ducted air conditioning through out, Smart Tv ,WIFI, dishwasher, large deck and BBQ also laundry with washing machine and dryer. Located at the beach and the lake there is plenty to get outside to go explore. This house is the 2nd house(back house) on one block. Its private and has large fences dividing the two. Owner lives in front house. NO PARTYS ALLOWED
