With a short walk to the beach, and surrounded by conservation trails and the Linda Loring Bird Sanctuary- we offer two tennis courts, the bike path, and the shuttle bus (which runs to & from town every 30 minutes). No car necessary. We welcome you in advance to our charming home!

Beautifully decorated, in-Town cottage, 5-minute walk to Main St. Sleeps 4. King-sized bed in bedroom & pull-out Queen couch in living room. Kitchen with table, 1.5 bathrooms, Wi-Fi, flat screen cable-TV. We provide all linens, including sheets, bath towels and beach towels, Beach chairs and cooler too! No pets allowed. PLEASE NOTE: Rentals beginning after July 1, 2019 are subject to a new lodging tax of 11.7% in Nantucket, based on the total rental fee, to be collected separately by Airbnb.

Lovely 6 bedroom home in the Surfside area. 1.1 miles from Surfside Beach. Complete kitchen renovation in 2022. Main floor powder room renovation in 2023. Bike path to beach & town are across the street. Shuttle stops 3-5 minutes away. Lower level has a family room with wet bar. All bedrooms have window air conditioning units. Easy Check Out. We’ve added second laundry room. There are 2 large capacity washing machines and dryers - just get the laundry going and our cleaners will do the rest.
