Beautiful, bright, spacious, cozy condo with great energy! Steps away from the beach and minutes away from the famous shopping and dining areas of Baytown Wharf and Destin Beach. Large balcony, Full kitchen, 1 bed + a large comfy sofa bed, 2 Pools, 1 Hot tub, and kiddie pool. Washer/Dryer in unit. This one bedroom beauty is literally steps from the beach and has 2 pools + the beach all within a couple minute walk. All the furniture and appliances are modern and new. Large 55inch Smart TV flat screen in living room and 40 inch Samsung in bedroom. Everything is cleaned and disinfected after each stay. We take pride in being able to provide a beautiful area and invite you to come share the energy, vibe, and beauty of San Destin as well ! Ritzy amazing resort home golf cart pet friendly

Beautiful brand new resort home built for Airbnb! Four king sized beds with four in room Bathrooms and a six kid bunk bed on the second floor . Comfortable for a family of four but also Sleeps 14 easily!! Has a beautiful pantry with natural lighting and a beautiful open floor plan with a large kitchen . Beautiful home interior.Has all 4K UHD TV’s - 2 are 65 inches and has a boosted wireless internet signal that is best. Has home theater system too for amazing movie watching and 2 HTS chairs .

This beautiful , clean, and fully stocked 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, 3rd floor walk-up condo comes with free access to a gym and pool. Accommodates 7 adults, and has a adjustable crib. Less than 10 minute drive to public beach access and Baytowne Warf. You wont find a more convenient area. Grocery stores, shops, movie theater and countless restaurants are all within walking distance.
