Zelf gebruiken we de woning ook in alle jaargetijden als uitvalsbasis naar zee en strand, bezoek aan diverse steden en bezienswaardigheden in de Randstad. Zeer geschikt voor kinderen: diverse voorzieningen zijn aanwezig.

Deze prachtige studio is gelegen in het appartementencomplex de 'Rotonde'. De studio bevindt zich op de 10de etage. (lift aanwezig) Het uitzicht langs de kustlijn is onbeschrijfelijk mooi.
