We are a close drive from Louisville, Holiday World and Splashin’ Safari, Paoli Peaks, O’Bannon Woods and Patoka Lake State Park, multiple cave tours, canoeing, wineries, casinos, and so much more. House is located in a gated, private community with a 320 acre lake up to 70 ft deep. Only pontoon boats and fishing boats permitted, ensuring a quiet lake experience and wake-free dock sitting. Two kayaks, canoe, paddle board and some basic fishing equipment for guest use. Pontoon rental by owner - separate contract.
