Large balcony, Full kitchen, 1 bed + a large comfy sofa bed, 2 Pools, 1 Hot tub, and kiddie pool. Washer/Dryer in unit. This one bedroom beauty is literally steps from the beach and has 2 pools + the beach all within a couple minute walk. All the furniture and appliances are modern and new. Large 55inch Smart TV flat screen in living room and 40 inch Samsung in bedroom. Everything is cleaned and disinfected after each stay. We take pride in being able to provide a beautiful area and invite you to come share the energy, vibe, and beauty of San Destin as well ! This apartment it is not on the beach.

PET FREINDLY LOCATION LOCATION 2 bedroom 2 bath with sofa sleeper.. 2nd floor condo in small 4 unit condo building with huge pool and beach access right out the front door. 400 feet walk to world famous schooners restaurant. huge pool BBQ put area front balcony has gulf views rear porch has pool views. walk from pool or front door to beach in under 30 seconds. gulf views from living room and front balcony. More units avaialble in this building if needed rent up to 4 units if needed

Simple, very clean, and 2 minute walk to all destin night life and all best restaurants.right across to harbor walk village.4 minute drive to the beach! this place is for couple ONLY and small family of 3!absolutely NO SMOKING, VAPING INSIDE .you are next to the Main Street so you will ear some light traffic at night! Maps has beach at 363 yard walk or less than five minute stroll. Clubhouse pool less than 100 yards away. Cul de sac street so no through traffic in front of home. Close to outlet mall, walk to restaurants.
