Close to the bus and train or a 12 minute walk to the beach. Shared access to a beautiful garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee. An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

Self contained all in one studio room (Has common walls) within our newly renovated family home opposite Fremantle Harbour. Your own separate entry, ensuite and kitchenette including 2 burner cooktop, microwave and bar fridge. Separate access to a shared veranda at the front of our home with views of the harbour. Easy walking distance to all Fremantle has to offer with convenient access to public transport NB : a residential home not suitable for entertaining.

Private Garden Studio

Light filled, renovated garden studio with private entrance, en suite and basic kitchenette (not a full kitchen). Adjoining our solar powered home in leafy Palmyra, the studio is a 10min drive to Fremantle, beaches and river and a short walk to buses and supermarkets. Enjoy a BBQ in your own beautiful private courtyard under the shade of the olive tree. Off-road parking, Netflix, breakfast basics and laundry service all included for free.

Cottage on King

Cottage on King is situated in an historical part of East Fremantle's Plympton Ward. Our home is an original 1905 worker's cottage which has been renovated and extended. The rented space is part of the original cottage with my main residence connected to the back of the rented space. It is situated less than 100 metres from George Street cafe's, bars and restaurants and the Swan River. Close to the beach, public transport and Fremantle.

The unit features a private entrance. Off street parking for one car. The unit is NOT suitable for self quarantining.
