Just around the corner to Sylvan beach with a fishing pier and boat dock, this is a perfect location near several local shops, food, parks, the beach, and even a skateboard park! A short drive to Kemah, or downtown, this is the perfect mix of local life with access to entertainment!

Gigi’s Paradise

You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place. This place is a great getaway that is quiet and relaxing. The beach or the bay is just a short walk or drive. It is close to Crystal beach where there is Jeep week and a Crab Festival and Galveston is a short ferry ride away. There is great fishing, boating activities like dolphin watching. There is also a wildlife preserve near by with lots of opportunities to photograph alligators and birds. You can relax at this little piece of paradise.

Barges & Sunsets

Beautiful spot on the intercostal waterway. Watch sunsets and barges on top of the brand new 10 x 16 deck. The deck sits 10 feet tall allowing you to see everything!! Fish and crab right out the backyard.We have a private beach access less than a mile away! If you love seashells & sea glass, you will love our beach! Enjoy all of the wildlife like pelicans and all the beautiful marsh birds. The camper is a 2020 32 ft and was purchased brand new. You can also drive your boat to the camper.

There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.
