The cottage was built in 1790 and is situated in the heart of bourbon country. It has been updated to preserve the history of the building, while providing the comforts of a modern dwelling. Due to its proximity to the center of beautiful downtown Bardstown, it is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and historic sites, while still serving as a cozy oasis. Inside, guests will be surrounded by the comforts of a southern cottage, while still having access to the private garden.

A two-story home with a basement unit that has just been renovated. There is a separate entry way into the basement through the back of the house. Is wheelchair accessible. Very open floor plan. Complete kitchen with all cookware and silverware. The recreation room has games such as billiards and darts. Bathroom has a stand-up shower, sink, and toilet. There are two televisions, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. There is a full washer and dryer for your personal use.
