Pear Tree Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful country retreat in the heart of the Highlands surrounded by nature at its best. This spacious, newly renovated, two-bedroom cottage is a separate dwelling situated on 5 acres of parkland that can sleep up to 5 people. It has a kitchen (including washing machine), comfy lounge with a cosy warm fireplace for cold nights and is just a 5 minute drive to Bundanoon town centre. Pear Tree Cottage gets its name from the ornamental pear trees that line the driveway leading up to it.

Come experience this new secluded build, located on the top of Berry Mountain. The Estate comprises one hundred acres of pristine Australian native bushland, farmland and private accommodation with mountain and ocean views. You are spoilt for choice as you are connected to the wider Shoalhaven region - within 5 minutes you are in the historic town of Berry, a scenic 15 minutes to Kangaroo Valley and a short 15 minutes to Seven Mile Beach. The house caters for 6 adults and 4 children.

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

River Cottage is a luxuriously appointed property just 20 metres from the banks of the Wingecarribee River. The cottage offers a modern, comfortable, country escape. Fall asleep to the sound of the river, read a long awaited book on the porch overlooking the river. Sit around the fire pit regaling the day's adventures with friends. Or snuggle up on the leather lounge in front of the fire place inside. This glorious property truly offers an escape from the hustle and bustle.

Kendall’s Beach Cottage

Enjoy being across the road from Kendall's Beach in the charming coastal township of Kiama. Kendall's Beach Cottage is a modern, fully equipped home - perfect for a family getaway! The premises is fully fenced and pet friendly. **Edit: Please note that the bedding configuration in the second bedroom has recently been changed. Instead of 4 single bunk beds, it is now a double bed with a single on top and a trundle underneath. The property still sleeps 6 people.

Enjoy an easy walk into the town centre to enjoy cafe's, homeware, clothing and speciality stores.

Hillcrest Cottage @ Berry

Beautiful north facing comfortable cottage set on 5 acres, walking distance to Berry. Up to three persons and pet friendly. Quite, convenient, views and a bottle of wine included. Guests can play tennis or have a BBQ. Min two night bookings . School holidays and public holidays/long weekends are charged at the weekend night rate. If additional guests than booked including children arrive you will be billed the extra person fee per night .
