Near the Boardwalk/Beach 2nd/3rd Floor Apartment

In the historic district, off-street parking is important this close to the beach, park&walk everywhere. Window air, wifi, dish, awninged porches, private outside H&C showers, full kitchen. As they say, location, location. Note, the photo shows the entire building, this 2nd/3rd floor only, I am on the 1st floor (except July and August) and will assist you in any way I can to make sure your stay is memorable in every way, please check my reviews. Bayfront location! Just 20 steps to the beach! My place is close to restaurants and dining, amazing views, the city center, art and culture, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the beachfront access, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). The house abuts state land and has amazing sunsets. Weekly rentals summer season. NOTE: Linens not provided.
