Our decor is a little "touch" of Paris in the spring! 0.4 of a mile from a large beach access.  You could walk or park there and use the public bathhouse. Within a half mile area: restaurants, places of worship, a convenience store, post office and our favorite tackle shop! New kitchen appliances! UV Airscrubber!

Park on the right side (stone pad on the right side ) and walk around outside shower on the right side. Walk up the stair and walk right into the brand new apartment. Owner of the house reside in the main house on the other side. We have 2 children but there is a good separation between two spaces for privacy. Family oriented neighborhood, so no Parties and loud music permitted, after 9 p.m.

It is a short walk to the Multi-Use path on Bay Drive where you can walk, bike, run, or skate about 3 miles along the sound towards Kitty Hawk and 2 miles south to the Wright Brothers Monument. Kill Devil Hills has many public beach accesses with parking nearby.

We supply most everything you should need for fun filled beach days (towels, coolers, toys, etc.) So come enjoy a great beach vacation.

Tip Sea is shabby chic, a 4 minute walk to the beach, and in the heart of OBX, yet on a quieter street. It is an older cottage (including two original bathrooms) but is colorful with beachy decor-a true original beach box. The porch is a favorite spot for morning coffee or evening happy hours!
